The New Rochelle Youth Film Festival was founded under the belief that film, as an artistic medium of expression, should be accessible to all those interested in its pursuit. Our mission is to provide a platform for aspiring filmmakers to express themselves, compete, and grow, learning through connections with peers and differing artistic ideas while being awarded for their work.
